This identity bridges the gap between upscale adult-night-out experiences and a fun place to hang with friends.
Our messaging provides a heavy lift to identify all the aspects of this center, which features a movie theater, comedy club, sports complex, virtual golf and over 15 sit-down restaurants with regular live music and events.
A website that is a destination all it’s own.
With a dynamic video to kick off the brand, we developed custom calendars that connect to the on-site directories, an interactive map with walking directions, and an event calendar that updates multiple areas at once.
The brand collateral works for all our audiences—those looking to rent and those looking for fun.
A center billing itself as a playground for adults needs to follow through on that brand promise in every aspect of the identity. So even leasing materials gets the full treatment.

Using the organic logo shape to frame, highlight, and offset the imagery gives the ad campaign it’s playful feel. Undulating motion of these elements help gain attention and set apart this spaces offerings.
