What does ZZ Top, Le Corbusier, and cattle brands have in common? For ZZQ, everything. From backyard dabbling to creating Meat Church, we got to work.
ZZQ creates an authentic barbecue experience that blends the culture, techniques, and flavors of Central Texas with the regional influences of Central Virginia.
WHAT WE DID
Logo & Identity system development
Typeface design
Restaurant mural art
Collaterol, signage & product design
Website design
The logo is both a cattle brand and an homage to the philosophies of architect Le Corbusier, a strong influence of owners (and architects) Chris & Alex.
ZZQ is all about craft, attention to details, and a custom experience. When they opened their brick and mortar restaurant, we knew creating a custom typeface based on their logo was necessary.
When ZZQ expanded to offer catering services, we evolved the brand with a higher end look for weddings and private parties.
We are a collective of experienced strategists and designers able to execute across a broad range of branding needs.
